Cono Sur Winery Receives Gold Medal at BRIT Awards, International Sustainable Winegrowing Competition

The international competition of sustainable winemaking carried by Botanical Research Institute of Texas (BRIT) awarded Cono Sur the Gold Medal as recognition of the winery’s sustainable practices.

BRIT is an non-profit that seeks to protect biodiversity and encourage the conservation of natural resources and awards wineries that lead the way in sustainable practices.

Cono Sur presented its Organic Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Syrah blend and the work developed since 1998, in the matter of sustainability, highlighting the company’s commitment to energy and water efficiency, waste management, health, occupational security and biodiversity.
