Food Pairing with Organic Pinot Noir

1. Ingredients:
1 tuna steak
¼ cup black sesame
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Mix of greens lettuces
Sliced cucumber
1/3 cup of feta cheese
For the mint dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon
1 tablespoon stemmed mint
¼ cup of feta cheese
Salt and pepper
2. Preparation:
In a bowl, cover the tuna steak with olive oil, salt and pepper and then carefully add the sesame mixture on both sides.
Heat the oil over medium heat. Seal the tuna for 1 minute, turning it carefully until it is cooked on the outside but red on the inside. Reserve.
Prepare the dressing by adding all the ingredients to a mini primer or processor. Reserve.
Distribute the mix of greens lettuces and cucumber in a serving bowl. Then put the tuna and finish with feta all over the dish.
Drizzle with dressing and serve.
